She currently helps esta...blish cross-functional alignment of ATV Program expectations and support the team in successfully executing and delivering on our business targets of safety, quality, performance, and profitability. #TeamPolaris “Erin has played an important role in building the capabilities and standard work of the Enterprise Program Management function in the ATV product line. Her positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic help her work across many functions to quickly address and solve a multitude of different challenges. She brings energy to any conversation, and people enjoy her straight-forward, logical approach. Her latest accomplishment was helping the team launch the new MY25 Sportsman 570 X2, Touring, and 6x6 models which have been well received in the market. We finished our trip last night. We almost miss our second flight, but everyone was so cooperative, and we were able to make it home on time! I would like to thank the parents for supporting the students and the program. During the trip, we had a very hot weather, lots of humidity, and 9 days is a long time for the students to be away from home. At the same time, we had built lots of memories together! We had time to laugh, to chat, to conquer and face fears, to build team wo...rk, and to learn about a new culture! Thank you my dear students and Tina Harcy for sharing this time with me. I will keep our memories in my heart! "Paz y amor" (Peace and love) ❤️

We went for a hike in the tropical forest, and we got to see a miniature volcano! It was very interesting. We also saw a baby crocodile, and a family of Congo monkeys. Then, we had a very fun time at the Pacific ocean doing snorkeling. 🏞🏝🏞🏖

We had a busy day full of fun activities. We started with a 500 steps hiking to La Fortuna waterfall. Then, we did kayaking in the Arenal lake, where we were able to see the Arenal volcano. Then, there was a chocolate tour, and we finished with a relaxing time at Baldi Hot Springs.

We had a great educational experience today! A local student band played some Caribbean music for us. 🎻🎺🎹🎤🥁🎷 We also went for a ride through the canals in Tortuguero, and we saw some beautiful birds, little monkeys, and a small cayman.

Today, we visited a family owned fruit market. The pineapples were very good! We also travel by boat to Tortuguero, and we saw iguanas, turtles and a small crocodile! Then, we got a chance to spend a little time at the ocean! 🏖🏝
